What six do you mostly play with? (no puns intended)

Reading several topics and seeing lots of screenshots I became very curious, thus the poll! :)

Mostly Female, I guess, I actually have mostly male characters eventually planned , but my main and the one with the most time in is my Female Bosmer Cleric. I also have only female characters created at the moment, with no male ones created I am a guy myself.

EDIT: reasonng is, if i am going to stare at a backside all day, it might as well be a women's.

I'm a guy, don't let my avatar fool you  but I play female characters including the one in my avatar. That's my forsworn character Valeria Stormborn.

I'll be honest. I get more enjoyment playing as a female character. I love women. The female body is beautiful. So when given a choice I'd rather look at that while I play then some macho man.

Also I RP. And for as long as I can remember writing stories over the past 15 or so years... most of them were about females as the leading character.

I usually play characters who are the same gender as myself (male). However, my current character is female. Usually I have trouble staying in-character with female characters, but not so much this time. I think I'm just better at staying in-character in general than I used to be. :)

Well And this is my opinion, (so don't bomb me) I play as a male because it just feels.. Right. I have no problem with people who play as the opposite six. But personally I just don't find myself playing a woman.. It feels... Wrong I suppose. When I make a character I picture me being a badass adventurer who's manly.. Can't see myself being "pretty" just call me unimaginative I guess.. I'm not trying to sound sixist... I think.. I kinda think boys should be boys and girls should be girls.. BUT I wouldn't have a problem if did the opposite.. I just can't. But I might try just to see the what is the hallaballoo..

I am Male and I have been using Female characters since I got back into PC Gaming in 2001. I have never enjoyed a Male character in a Game that gives Me a choice of the six of My Protagonist.

When given a choice I play male characters. I'm not a woman, so I just find it odd to be referred to as "she".

The reason you're going to hear most for guys playing as women is "because eye candy". Which frankly I find sad.

There's nothing wrong with that. I can't see anything "sad" about it. I'm female who always plays females.

I agree, its not sad.

I'm not sad. I'm quite happy. If I want to see some macho guy strutting around trying to act like a badass I'll go to the gym. :P

Same here. When ever given the choice in the gender I pick female.

First time playing through Dragon Age 1 and 2. I played as a female character.

Same with Mass Effect seres. Jennifer Hale did an awesome job voicing femshep. I found male shepard's voice flat and lifeless. I only played through as a male so I could romance Tali

Take Guild Wars. Only played female characters. Usually as a Mesmer or Ranger.

I always played as Sheva in RE5, co-op or otherwise. Just liked playing as her.

Even Halo when given the chance.

And no, not all my characters in Skyrim are then lisbians because I am a dude playing a female character. Its been an even mix just about.

I'm a male who only plays as females.

If the males had a lot less muscle and a better walking animation then I'd probably play as a male sometimes.
and I like the view when playing as a female. :D
