I've run through the whole DLC, but through the entire thing I've had no souls stolen - I had/have the Unofficial Skyrim Patch installed as well as the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch installed however I still can't take dragon souls/Miraak has never appeared to steal any from me.
Anyway, I'm up to the part where you get flying dragons and fight him however whenever I get him down low on health he goes into the center, goes Spectral and kills a dragon. No dragon soul is absorbed (be either of us). This is with both patches and only an armor mod, Apachii Hair, a sword mod, SkyUI and Marts Savegame Debloatifier* active as well as the official DLC. I've tried hitting him slowly, killing the dragons, using the resurrect command on him when he kills a dragon to get him back in the fight, stealthing to get out of combat, etc. Basically any possible solution I could find I've tried it.
The command is the only way I can get anywhere - he kills the first one, doesn't absorb the soul, I console resurrect (and resurrect 1, doesn't make a difference, was worth a shot though) Miraak and beat him down again until he kills the second dragon (he does kill the second dragon, he doesn't just focus on the first one, so I assume the script is sort of working?) however upon commencing the third beat-down the just tries to kill/absorb the second dragon over and over, no matter how many times I heal him up and beat him down.
Going into stealth for any length of time just results in him standing there being a useless [censored].
I'm at the stage where I just want the fight over and done with and I can console add the quest rewards/abilities to my character, I'll beat him down properly on another character if I can be bothered. My character is level 71 and I don't particularly want to start over (honestly, I don't know if I could) so if you guys have any ideas that would be fantastic.

*I had thought I had disabled the Non-playable armor mod however I just tested it again without that one and it made no difference.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Is there a way to force the scripts to play via an ingame command? I'm more than happy to just do that.
