games that put me to sleep?

This could be a sign of my age or maybe poor sleeping habits or being overworked at work and home, or maybe it's the type of games themselves. So I've noticed over the years that on occasion some games are like a good way to get sleepy and I'm not sure what it is. Lately it's been Skyrim and I think in this case it's the music while not in combat makes me so relaxed, coupled with my couch and/or floor where I pile up a bunch of pillows on the really nice carpeting. Skyrim isn't the only RPG, it happened with Oblivion too as well as some FF titles dating back to 7. It has also happened during racing games, and on occasion even heavy action like that of GTA V.

Am I burnt out from gaming? It still intrigues me and I love playing them, but it doesn't seem to matter the time of day or the genre, I just get sleepy. I've given games a rest at times, sometimes up to a month break and I'm eager to get going again when I decide to return, but I get the same results. Anyone else experience this?

Morrowind. Couldn't stand the dumbing down from Daggerfall.

There's been some titles that have either rhythmic or pulsing sounds that combined with a generally slow pace make me sleepy in a nice way. Flight sims tend to make me sleepy if I focus on the steady sound of the engines, it's a nice kind of sleepy though. Shadow of the Colossus makes me happy sleepy as well - at least until a fight.

There are some titles that are just mind numbingly boring that make me sleepy as well. Oblivion was a bland-fest, Fallout 3 was even worse. Same happens to me with Alan Wake. I oddly enjoyed that though.

On the opposite end of the spectrum there are titles that make me wide awake. #1 example being Hatsune Miku Project Diva F. No matter how tired I am, if I start playing that then I'm locked in for the next two hours with a big grin on my face and struggling to resist playing Melancholic for the umpteenth time.
