I just recently got a laptop that can run Skyrim on somewhat decent settings, so I'm going to trade in my Xbox copy of Skyrim and get the Legendary Edition on Steam, and I was wondering if there was a mod that added creatures from other parts of Tamriel to Skryim. I'm planning on downloading a mod like that as well as a few others that add new items to the game (You can post suggestions if you'd like to) so that it'll be like a whole new experience playing through Skyrim again. (I've already beaten Skyrim and its DLC a few times, so it gets quite old. Haha.)

Immersive Creatures adds lots of creatures, I highly recommend it.

Also don't forget the essentials like Unofficial Patches, SkyUI, etc.

Ah, thanks. Hopefully these mods aren't too graphic intensive. My laptop is about halfway between the minimum and recommended requirements for Skyrim, so it may struggle a bit.
