Now this was made by the talented Tycho who hasn't been online in a while. I PMed him a few days ago about posting this here, he's yet to respond in any way. So If he wants this taken down I will. But I feel that this has too much work put into it just to collect virtual dust in a folder. Why am I posting this? Well because Tycho put a lot of work into creating a DnD style RPG Ruleset, with dice rolls and action points and all the bells and whistles.

The link takes you to a Google doc/Drive file it was originally in a word format, but I converted it into Drive. With some minor errors. In some of the lists it has the tendency to cut off the first letter, such as NCR Ranger Vet/CR Ranger Vet. But aside from that it converted rather well, now you don't need to download but it might ask you to sign into Google. It's a very VERY large document so it will take a while to load.
