Which province of Tamriel has the best waves?

Brah, Skyrim without a doubt! But don't listen to those ignorant surfers from Solitude or Dawnstar, their waves are weak man! Winterhold gets a gnarly swell in the winter with the arctic winds coming from the north east, Solitude and Dawnstar don't get these radical swells, their waves are friggin' weak compared to Winterhold. So what if our water is freezing, that's what wet suits are for! Just man up and shred the gnar! Be sure to come in winter! If you ever make your way up to Winterhold, look me up! Brah, I'm just trying to help out a fellow surfer! I've been all over Tamriel on surf trips, I've been to Daggerfell, Dusk, Haven, Nocrom, etc. Winterhold definitely has the gnar! That's the sole reason I moved to Winterhold from Solitude! Winterhold shredding for life, brah!

Winterhold brah? Really this is not right dude. Solitude clearly has the most gnarly wave cause of the OP cliffs. I say you can't out surf the solitude champ, shrub.
