so, as we all know, Disney LOVES to milk its "franchises" for every last penny and then some...

and I think we all hoped that when they Acquired the Star Wars franchise, they would try and favor Quality rather than Quantity..

George Lucas at one point was trying to make a tv series set between RotS and A new Hope about a smuggling family that was going to be more gritty but never got off the ground.
