So I've been a user of UFO for quite some time, but I wanted to try out AFT now. I tried uninstalling UFO by talking 3 times with Tina the Firefly in Riverwood, she prompts me to save and exit and I do. I disable UFO in NMM, reload the game, save the game without UFO, install AFT.

But... when I speak to a follower (an interesting NPC's mod one), the 'You know...' menu from UFO is still present, and I can't order my follower to 'wait here' or 'follow me', nor do I see any of AFT options. I tried reseting AFT, but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: I have dismissed the follower before uninstalling UFO.

Don't uninstall mods mid game. Load a save prior that mod being installed.

If that doesn't work, start a new game.

I switched from UFO to AFT when I started a new game - good mod.

Yeah, well, I didn't really want to lose this save, I'm going a bit far in already . But well...
