GTA V: Thread #15 (The High Life)

Post » Sun May 25, 2014 6:12 pm

Continuation of http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1500016-gta-v-thread-14-the-high-life-update/ to discuss all things Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto: Online

On that note, I'm quite excited as I'm only 30-40k away from moving out of my dumpy apartment to the Alta Tower. I'm just unsure if I should buy apartment 10 or 51. I think I'll save up for 51.

Has anyone else had really acrewy vehicle spawns? As in, you pull up to a light, and count five Ballers and three Buffalos and nothing else?

(Real example there, by the way)

Mine has been more just light traffic, which I guess is just to help decongest your internet from assploding.

It's been that way since IV I believe. You'll only see a certain set of cars spawn and nothing else. I've seen nothing but Calvacades on highways at times.

More car pr0nz! A new cruiser since I sold my last one, and I ditched the Ruiner. I just could get used to the Ruiner's front end.

I'm going to remove the hood ornaments. The fender adornments are enough.

How much money you got Colonel? If a view isn't important, you can pick the garages near the industrial LSC. They have three 10 car garages that are a few seconds near the LSC and Ammunation.

Skip Alta and move to Tinkle if you must live Downtown. The Front Door and the Garage are on Opposite sides of the building, making it harder for a single grieger to position himself for an ambush. Also, Violence from Alta always bleeds over into that Big Intersection in the Heart of Downtown, whereas if that happens and you live in Tinkle Tower, you can zoom out over the overpass into uptown, or over into La Mesa to Lester's if you need an LSC. Plus, you get a view of the Vinewood Sign, which is always a plus.

Just some advise from someone who's used to ambushing Holed-up bounties. It's yours to do with what you want.

The best apartments are by the beach.

That new one over there is going to be my second place. I think it's going to be a safehouse for me.
