Hey guys, does anyone know of any mods that enhance Tamriel Rebuilt such as adding a house, or updated the clothing meshes to BB?

Also, I know there is an old mod that adds Necessities of Morrowind items to TR, but it is really outdated, are their any recent ones?

I've searched the old PES site, Nexus, and MMH but I'm wondering if you guys know of any on hand I may have missed.
