Hello guys and girls.

I've just started my Orc character and I want him to be like a strong, fearless, vicious and agressive warrior there is. And so I want to know you opinions about wjat type of weapon should he use. I know the best weapon for him is a two-handed weapon but what type? A Warhammer, greatsword or a battleaxe.

And not only do I want an opinion about the weapons but also tips you can give me about how to best "use" my orc on, like armor and so on...

Oh and should I use like two war axes sometimes?

I ran an Orc pure warrior character with no enchanting or alchemy (obviously no magic whatsoever) and went with a war axe and shield. Armour wise Nordic steel really seemed to suit him. Dual wielding war axes was good especially with the beserker rage, he took no prisoners!

I like the way the one Orc looks on the loading screen. Dual weilding axes, with the topless hide armour, and bracers.

When you play as an orc in Skyrim does it feel like an orc or does it feel like everyone else?

Other than looks, I can't really tell any difference in playing any of the races in this game.

I agree, they all feel the same after awhile with the only difference being the race powers/slight skill increases found in the beginning.

I think a greatsword or battleaxe would be best; I don't really like my orcs carrying any sort of mace of hammer, doesn't seem to fit them in my opinion.

What would be best is if you could one-hand wield the orcish greatsword, but since you can't, oh well.

I would use a full set of "Orc" armor and weapons because it fits your character and you get a nice variety of gear. if you don't want to do that then anything iron or steel goes great with "Orcs" here are some sets i would try.

#1. Orc armor (full set), Orc warhammer, Orc war axe (×2)

#2. Steel armor (full set), Steel battle axe, Steel war axe (×2) there are 2 Steel armor sets (not Steel Plate) so pick the one you like.

#3. Iron or Banded Iron armor (full set), Iron warhammer, Iron war axe (×2)

Add a shield and bow for backup to any of these sets if you want.

if you want 2 handed I would suggest the ebony blade, if you kill "friends" meaning anyone you do enough trading with to get them to comment that your their favorite drinking buddy or give you gifts with the ebony blade you will be able to absorb health from enemies with it and it never needs to be recharged, if you are going 1 handed you will want restoration in your other hand so you do not waste potions healing yourself.
