Ok, so heres the thing.

I have installed:

Dawnguard

Climates of Tamriel

Poplated cities

midas magic

phendrix magic evolved

apocalypse spell package

enhanced lights and fx

adnaced alteration

vampiric grip and drain

tribunal masks (and robes)

WATER

now, most of these mods dont work in the game. they show up in the plugins folder of NMM and in the data files of the skyrim launcher both of which have all the mods ticked. but, midas magic, the tribunal masks, vampiric grip and WATER are the only ones that appear in the game, and water only applies to waterfalls and those tiny little streams. the hell is going on here?
