will I be able to run oblivion on my laptop?

so my brother took our xbox 360 to north carolina with him to go back to school, and i was in the middle of playing oblivion and now i wanna play it, i found it online for $20 for PC but i wanna make sure itll run on my laptop before i buy it.
ive done a little lurking on here and think just about everything will work but unsure about my video card, heres what I got (im copying all this from my directX Diagnostic Test, I dont know too much about computers)

Operating System: Windows Vista

Processor: Intel ® Core ™ 2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53 GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz

Memory: 3036MB RAM

Video Card: NVIDIA Quadro FX 770M (approx total memory: 1762 MB)

I know oblivion supposedly doesnt work well with Vista but what so you guys think? could this run okay? also I know the quadro is more of a CAD card not gaming but could it work? im not planning on doing any mods or any other real gaming and i dont mind playing on low graphics. also dont know about my sound card

if you guys need to know anything else let me know but you may have to tell me where to find it, as i mentioned im not soo good with computers, never done any PC gaming before i just wanna play oblivion and my brother took our 360

Tough question to answer. The card certainly has the horsepower to run the game, but the possible problems you may run into are drivers. Quadro FX cards/chips are meant for workstation apps like CAD softwares, so the drivers are optimized for such apps...not so much 3D gaming. It's either going to work or it won't...in the case that it doesn't, you may very well find yourself experimenting with different video card drivers until it does work.
