Is there a mod out there that kinda points you in the right direction on helping you out when trying to do quests? I'm not a huge fan of the journal system in this game. All these crazy names and such it tells me to go and find makes my head start to spin after reading all this text in game lol. So wouldn't mind to have a mod where I click on the quest through my journal and it shows a line or an arrow that points me in the right direct on where to go for a quest through my mini map through my characters menu screen after clicking right click. Or something to that extent.

There's a game which does pretty much what you describe. It's called "Oblivion."

if you have GOTY or the latest version, then there is a quest tab in the journal which will show you all your active quests. It's more organized than the journal but still requires some thought.

Not literally, no.

There are however a fair number of mods that in-game books with various 'cheats', spoilers, locations and other information that can make quests easier. On Planet Elder Scrolls you should find:
- Morrowind FAQ
- Zoop's Big Book Of Artifacts
- Immersive Spoilers (adds a stone)
- Walkthrough Books
- and maybe, Shakti's Book of Secrets.

I wouldn't recommend them but they are there.
