Okay so theres way to complete Oh My Papa in such as way as to become the new leader of the Khans and solidify the alliance with the Legion. The wiki tells us that if we complete We Are Legion Papa Khan will declare us the new heir to the tribe, at which we point we silently kill him and give the marching orders to Regis

Ive done it before, I know it works, but I cannot for the life of me remember the specifics about the hows and whens. I vaguely recall you have to have spoken to Papa Khan *before* completing We Are Legion but I cannot remember
