Hi guys, I need help decided whether or not to buy Skyrim Legendary Edition for EITHER PS3 or XBOX 360!

I wasn't a fan of Oblivion at all (Lockpicking svcked, hated the surroundings and story svcked), absolutely loved Fallout 3/New Vegas though!

Which legendary version was better in the glitch department? ps3 or 360?

I'm not sure how the PS3 version is now, but it had a lot of problems back in the day. Xbox 360 wasn't too bad, but it feels more stuttery now than it did during the first half a year of its release. The graphics on the PS3 are a tiny bit better compared to the Xbox 360 I guess, but I'd take stability over that any day.

If you are able to run it on the PC, then get it for that, there is just no comparison.

PC.

However I believe your best results may be the 360. While I love my PS3 over my 360 and only played Skyrim on my PS3 before getting a PC... I seem to recall while both copies have glitches, the 360 had less.

Maybe a 360 player can chime in.

But PC... without a doubt. Not only can you repair the issues yourself... a whole world of awesome game enhancing mods are available. Given the choice now I'd never settle for less then the PC version.

I kinda knew everyone would say PC but my setup just isn't good enough... So if it had to be either 360 or ps3... everyone would say 360?

Skyrim was designed to run on an X-Box 360, not on a PC or PS3.

Skyrim on 360 was ok but Skyrim on PC is amazing.

interesting theory but you do realize it was made on a PC right? so what better system to run it then the one it was designed on right?

not trying to flame you. Just bringing it up. Your telling me Skyrim is better on a console. Where it has no access to the console commands. no ability to repair in game glitches, no ability to increase the visual beauty of Skyrim. no ability to add new armor mods, quests, locations. No ability to make any enhancement or changes what so ever and that on the 360 Skyrim out of the box it is so brilliant it needs none of this? I'd like to argue otherwise. I'm failing to see how Skyrim is somehow better on the 360 then the PC.

perhaps you are the fox who can't reach the graqes on the vine so he simply insists "Well they are probably sour anyway."

As a console player of this game for 3 years, and jjust recently playing this game on the PC, I will say that the PC version is MUCH, MUCH better, but compared to the PS3, it is better. It has a lot less glitches, but it doesn't run too smooth either.

I played Skyrim on Xbox 360 for 700 hours with no problem other than an occasional freeze. However, I was careful about keeping my save-file size down by cleaning up after battles and such (a habit I have to fight against now that I'm on PC).

Yes, theres no keeping the pc mod brigade down! In answer to your post, I've played over 800 hours on the xbox 360 since release and have had no problems other than the odd freeze. Just clear your cache before each session and save regularly, hope that helps.

Skyrim was produced to be played on the X-Box by Bethesda for Microsoft. The Graqes are Sour.

It's just like how Dark Souls is made for Xbox then ported to PC and PS3.
The PC version of Dark Souls kind of shows it's made for xbox by having xbox buttons instead of PC keys in the menus and stuff.

all I can say is the wine these graqes have made is perfect.

Skyrim was also produced to be played on the PS3 and PC. I'm not really seeing a 360 version only here. And if one wants to say that the intended audience is always 360 players... well you might want to take a look at the Skyrim Nexus site. Countless mods for Skyrim and the members there keeping the game alive would say otherwise. Your stuck with that you got. I can always enhance my experience.
