So I've seen people use controllers (usb) on their PC to play games. I've been playing morrowind on my PC for a while and like the feel of a controller a lot more for RPG style games since it's not really an omniscient perspective. Anyway, will I be able to use an Xbox controller for PC with morrowind? Or do I buy a generic one not xbox related? Any feedback will help. Much appreciated.

Yes, you can use both original Xbox and the 360 controller with Morrowind. The pinned Vista/7 problems thread has explanation on how to do it with

I think the latter method should work with other USB controlles, but you would probably need to assign all the buttons and axes manually.
