The performance impact of ENB actually depends on the ENB version itself, just as much as the hardware it runs on.

The newer the ENB version then the more optimized it is, however it's more of a question of how the ENB files have been modded that affect performance. !!!!

ENB can easily have specific effects enabled / disabled by either manually adjusting the enbseries.ini or using the ENB GUI.
