I'm having the following problem(?) re: fatigue. I'm used to my char collapsing and not moving when his fatigue hits zero. This would occur whether he was in the midst of melee combat or just walking/running from one place to another. I started a new game and noticed that my char can now run/walk in non-combat situations without collapsing. Hrnchamd pointed out in the http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1501085-repairing-the-cogs-of-morrowind-31-mcp/page-2#entry23644717 that what I thought was normal (collapsing) while walking/running if not in melee or spell is actually not and that "collapsing any time when you are out of combat is due to a mod".
I've been accustomed to collapsing for so long because it's seems so logical to collapse from exhaustion if your fatigue hits zero that I don't even remember which mod is involved. What I really want to do is for the game to revert to making the char collapse when fatigue hits zero.

I'm using the most recent MCP beta version (2b8).
I only noticed this within the last few days because I started a new game playing a new to me mod called Monk ver 11 by Aragon. Once I did notice the behavior, I removed Monk from my load list and started a fresh new game. However, fatigue still behaved the same way so I added the mod back to my load list and started yet another new game.
By any chance, has anyone noticed the fatigue issue I'm talking about and which mod may be involved?
P.S.: just noticed that I installed the TR alpha ver which IIRC added stuff to the TR_Data.esm but forgot to load the alpha's esp I'll have to fix that.
