Transistor

Hey folks!

I was just wondering what people's opinion is of transistor the sci-fi action rpg?

It's quite an odd quirky game so it's still percolating in my mind (especially considering I'm only an hour in).But I have to say the sound track is beautiful as well as the art direction, but the combat seems odd and I'm still figuring out what the point of playing in TB is?

I've been wondering if i should buy it now or later. TotalBiscuit loved it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zymf7o5K9UU) and i have agreed with him on every other game so far :hehe: Also i got the developer's previous game, Bastion, when it was on sale on Steam the other day, very beautiful game, that. And the voice of the narrator, like chocolate for the ears :lmao:

And i've been using this as my desktop background too: http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/237930/ss_9858355976e979758841f05839ccc6224ddaa00e.1920x1080.jpg?t=1401210985 Just awesome

Still, 19€ seems a bit much. Damn me for being so cheap :swear:

Ah, screw it. 19€ isn't going to bankrupt me.

It's absolutely [censored] gorgeous in all aspects. Art, music, the presentation in general...oh I could go on. i love this game. I played Bastion because of this game while I was waiting for its release(a friend showed me the reveal trailer cause she knew I'd like it).

Anyways, what exactly about the combat seems odd?

"Hey, Red. We're not going to get away with this, are we?"
*swipes*
