How to switch mouse buttons in menu?

Post » Mon Jun 02, 2014 10:34 pm

Basically, my left click on my mouse has buggered out. I've switched it round on the Windows settings so that my right click functions as my left click, and vice versa. I don't need to use right click much, so it's fine to just rebind any specific right click functions in a game to one of my side buttons, no problem.

Problem is though, Skyrim for some reason decides to bypass my windows settings and switch it back to normal, making it impossible for me to navigate through menus without using a mouse I don't want to use. I'm not having this issue with Fallout or any other game, only Skyrim. Is there any .ini configuration or fix I can do for this?

And yes, I know you can switch the left and right hand functions in the controls, but that's not the problem.

Hmm, try that: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/88/?

(But switch to default, your Windows mouse properties)

Oh my god, thank you so much. The Interface Tweaks alone didn't do much, but the Key Helper on there allowed me to rebind the cursor click to the right mouse button. Thank you man. You saved my ass and made the game playable for me <3

...yeah, you can bind any key or mouse button to any available command.

Glad, you got it running. !!! Have a nice day.
