I think i have some issues with brokensteel

well the issue is that it does not seem to start, i finished the main quest started the purifyer and passed out with the end screens telling about my character exploits

according to the wiki my character should wake up and have the o^tion of starting broken steel

the character woke ^p but none of the npc dialogues give me that choice

none of the brotherhood on site nor in the citadel

any solutions

playing on the pc GOTY version bought on steam

with only FWE , ironsights and weapon mods as mods
