Hi I've heard that sometime in the MQ my character who is now a Blades member will be asked to kill Paarthunax which I certainly will NOT do. Is it true that If I don't I will be thrown out of Sky Haven? That means I won't be in touch with the followers I recruited before? Will I still be able to continue the MQ despite not killing Paarthunax? Thanks for your replies!

Without a Mod, The Blades abandon the Dragonborn. Sky Haven Temple is still open to Our character, but Delphine and Esbern will not interact beyond asking Our character if He is Dead.

You can complete the Main Quest if Your character chooses to ignore the Blades.

I do not know how the recruits given to the Blades are handled, because I have never chosen to have anything to do with Delphine or Esbern after the ultimatum on My first character.

You won't be tossed out of Sky Haven and you can keep going there and what not. Its your blood that opened the place, if anything we should be able to kick the Blades out.

But Delphine and Esburn will not help you in any way shape or form so long as Paarthurnax lives.

easiest way to not be asked is avoid talking to Delphine after Season Unending or if you killed Alduin. Which for me is no trouble at all since I dislike her and don't talk to her unless I HAVE to anyway.

What about the members I recruited? Can I continue to interact with them? Ask them to follow me in my other quests?

I believe you still can, you just can't do those Dragon slaying missions with them anymore.
