I really don't quite know how to answer this.
If you are playing without using the Fortify Restoration potion trick - you should only enchant one item at a time with fortify Alchemy - and then equip it before making the next Fortify Enchanting Potion.
If you are going with the Fortify Restoration Potion loop - I don't care to get into that.
It seems to me from what you have written so far that you must be playing on a PC at least, and since my own experience is with an XBOX 360 console I doubt I have much that would be useful to you.
Fortify Enchant potions tend to cap at 32. What you have stated is a level ten steps beyond that.
That by itself tells me you are after something I would not do.
Three items cross over to Fortify Alchemy and Fortify Smithing.
You would also need a Fortify Smithing ARMOR of some kind, and I think it's a HELMET or HAT or CIRCLET of Alchemy for the final boost.
Once I have dual enchanting, I create a set of items that cross purposes - fortifying both alchemy and smithing, and then complete the set with the above mentioned.
If you are looking into the famous "FORTIFY RESTORATION POTION" glitch, sorry - but I refuse to go there.
I think it's a very bad idea
It isn't that it's a game buster. In my experience it causes problems with the game playing at all.
