We've all come across some pretty powerful and/or powerful looking people in Tamriel. I have only played Skyrim so far, and those who seem to be the most powerful in my opinion are Miraak, Neloth, Wolf Queen (?), Ebony Warrior, and the Greybeards. Who do you guys think is the most powerful of them all? Monsters such as Karstaag do not count

Divayth Fyr in Morrowind is apparently ludicrously powerful. And then you've got the Tribunal, particularly Vivec, I think.

Depends on who you ask lol. For all intents and purposes, yeah, Vivec, Almalexia and Sotha Sil could be considered gods.
