The Colombian Interest CheckOOC

The Colombian was one of the first cruise ships ever built using nuclear fission technology and contained some of the most expensive and advanced hardware available. All the stops were pulled out when creating the ship, it was created to be the most luxurious cruise ship ever created and to revolutionize the cruise industry, it was to be the flag ship of Olympian Cruises fleet and was among the largest and luxurious ships built to date. When the Chinese invaded Alaska the Colombian was permanently dry docked in New York, tensions from the war were high and it was deemed too dangerous to set sail.
Once Alaska was reclaimed and the war tilted into American favor several executives at Olympian got the idea to begin the ship's maiden voyage, send a message to the world that America prevailed, no matter what the cost. The company went all out with the promotions and special deals announcing the maiden voyage and that attracted attention, especially in this economy. There was no difference between 1st and 3rd class rooms on the Colombian, each room was designed with luxury in mind and there was no difference in cost, on the Colombian every room was first class.
The Colombian set sail on October 17, 2077 and was to sail to the Bahamas and then to Greenland, making stops along the Canadian coast before heading to Greenland and then back to New York to arrive on New Year's Eve. The Colombian had recently left Greenland and was en route back to New York when the bombs fell, the ship was buffeted by massive waves and only barely survived the night. It now drifts along the irradiated ocean with it's few surviving passengers and crew barely clinging to life aboard the half sunken ship.
It's been a day or so since the bombs fell, The Colombian drifts at sea, the ship's damage is apparent. The hull is damaged and water is seeping in, a good bit of the passengers are dead, either by being swept off the ship during the storm or crushed by debris. The ship is still taking on water and it's clear it won't survive long without some sort of solution and it's up to the survivors to figure that out.
That's where you come in, you are one of the survivors on the Colombian, either a passenger or one of it's crew. It'll be up to you to keep the ship floating to the best of your abilities and make do with the supplies on board.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This will be a Survival RP involving the crew and passengers of the cruise ship The Colombian, it'll involve surviving on board a ship drifting at sea and being forced to head for land or find some other solution once supplies run out. During the course of this RP you will have to make choices that will decide the fate of the ship and your survival.
I will be the GM and Vatrou will be acting as Co-GM. If you have any question feel free to ask.
