Howdy, currently thinking about playing with the High King mod and want to be this benevolent ruler. I don't want to have to execute a guard for trying to arrest me, and i'd rather void the him talking to me about this. I basically want to murder the black briars, the thieves guild(cool mod where you can actually destroy them), and have no worries about being tried for it. How would i turn off the bounties?

I also want to know if there is a mod that I could install after I clean up riften to make them shut up about how awful it is, and make it look like a nice city. So is there either a mod or a couple things I could change to do so?

Beautiful Riften cleans up the city nicely, but it doesn't have any effect on the citizens dialogue.

I like it but I want more...pazzaz, something that completely overhauls the city.

I think there is also a "sixy" Cities series of mods that changes the wood textures and everything.
