So yesterday I was searching the Nexus website for mods for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and I came across this mod called Footprints made by jonwd7 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22745/ he also posted some comments here on my topic.

jonwd7 I appreciate you a whole bunch for working on making this Footprints mod I hope Bethesda adds it soon they showed it off on their Game Jam video this year at DICE no idea why they didn't add it yet maybe due to console limitations?

Anyways a few days ago I was at a friends house went camping for 3 days came back on the 16th and he showed me at his house a "RUMOR" that Bethesda might actually update the Creation Kit so we can create our own Skills and entire new perk trees away from existing perk trees in existing skills I have no clue what web site it was cause it was in Russian I can't read that.

Also places like gametrailers.com, g4tv.com, ign.com, and pcgamer.com had articles saying Bethesdas new DLC might be called Hearthfire that they are working on so we might see the Creation Kit patched in Patch 1.8, Patch 1.9 or Patch whatever . whatever it will be called or the next DLC coming out I still don't know if this "RUMOR is true or if someone made it up time will only tell when Bethesda gives us more info either way it makes me happy /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':smile:' />.

Yes, the CK will get updated. But the fact that Bethesda themselves have released a DLC which adds a new perk tree, in a way that avoids adding new actor values (although is still done in a hardcoded way) is pretty solid evidence they'll never modify the AV system to allow new ones to be present. AV's are in the executable, not plugin files. The CK simply reads these entries.

Or maybe it isn't a priority? They'll decide what to add and what not to add, and if they don't think it's important or needed much they wont add it. Simple enough.
