M'aiq, correct me if I am wrong, but did you not make this EXACT same thread a month or two ago?

1- Though I could be biased, I'm picking Ulfric. He's more fleshed out.

2- Rikke, I like her a lot more than Galmar.

3- J'zargo
4- Lydia
5- Annekke, obviously
6- Varona
7- Neloth
8- Sidgurd
9- Heimskr
10- Sapphire

I intensely dislike Ullfric bt he is way more of a successful fleshed out NPC because he can invoke such passion on both sides. Tulius has his moments of interest and development but Ulfric is more real IMO.
