M'aiq wonders...

Do you like the free game every month that Microsoft gives Xbox players? M'aiq is currently enjoying all of the games. He has all free games; he is not enjoying Dark Souls at the moment though...

Who doesn't like free games??
Especially since we have to pay for a Gold account, it's nice that they give us something back in return. And getting some of TellTales' Walking Dead for free is what got me hooked on that amazing series of games.

I enjoyed Dust Elysium Tales last month, and one of the Hitman games the month before. I'm looking forward to the Street Fighter game later this month.
Even if I only play them for a few days and then delete them, it's fun to check out something I might otherwise never have played .

(I already own Dark Souls)

The Souls games are very hard to jump into. The learning curve is brutal, but very rewarding if you stick with it.

I had planned to get Dark Souls for a long time, and I appreciate getting it for free instead. I've also enjoyed Sleeping Dogs and Dead Island quite a bit as well.

The xbox free games just really fail in comparison to playstation's, Xbox just loves giving us free ancient game that most people already played... AKA halo 3 and AC2.

Sleeping Dogs and Dark Souls disagree with you. Far from ancient.

Maybe it is time to step back into Lordran and help some new players outs, I know they will need it.

It was in the early stages of Games for Gold where I thought Microsoft was being real cheap with the games they were giving as well. These days however, I'm quite satisfied with what I am getting. I'm sure they'll continue to improve.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood isn't terrible I suppose and Halo Spartan Assault isn't that great.

I don't really expect there to be many good Games With Gold games for a while on Xbox One.
