I just used the Cut Scene script from the wiki http://www.creationkit.com/Complete_Example_Scripts#Making_a_Cool_Cut-Scene

Basically all it does is very slowly move the player to the last point (not the first or in order) and then drops the player to the ground - mainly death occurs at this point. Are there any improvments/better scripts than this?
