All of the mods that i have found that allow you to where Ordinator armor without getting attacked still cause the ordinators to attack if you speak to them. Is there a mod that gets rid of t completely, even so i can still speak to ordinators.

All you have to do is remove the scripts from the helm and the cuirass.
Which ones have you tried?
Because I've used a few over the years and they all worked.
It very well could be mod conflict that is causing the mods to not work.
Do you make a Merged Objects esp?
That does not seem to work, even with that change, whenever i talk to ordinator's whle wearing the armor they start attacking me.
Nope, no idea how to safely with the MSG and code patch. Also, with mods, isn't always the last mod in an order that makes the change?
Yes, so any mod that loads after your Ordinator fix that also changes the armor will likely put the script back on, unless you merge objects.
You could also use Wrye Mash to be certain it is loading near the end of your load list, but MergedObjects is recommended regardless. (which would itself need to load last, or second last after MashedLists)
And you can safely make a MergedObject esp no matter what other mods/patches you use.
The ordinator fix IS at the bottom of your load order, that is why i am so confused.
As mentioned before, it would really help to know which one you are using.
I have tried one i made my self by getting rid of teh script from the armor, the mod "your indoril armor" and the "Ordinator armor fix" mod
EDIT: okay, now the ordinators attack me whenever I talk to them no matter what, armor or no. Apparently, Black underwear is sacred to House Indoril
