But I was just wondering why Aringoth is find in his room, during the Loud and clear quest, crouching on the floor? O_o

No, that's how he normally act.

He knew that thief guild would be coming for him that's why he hire mercenary and crouching in his room.

you should be able to talk to him if you haven't already.
