I left when they were showing Madden only to come back and see the end of Mirror's Edge which was shoved in the middle of the sports section.
Damn you EA
I like how they did it last year - all the sports games were in 1 big 20 minute block. When it's like that, I can stop paying attention until they show the games I'm interested in are on.
Oh, it's Battlefield. How lovely.
Part of me is hoping this game will come out before GTA 5 gets online heists, just for the irony of Battlefield having heists before Grand Theft Auto does.
Sims 4 looks exactly like Sims 3, you sons of [censored]es. I still might check it out, though. >.<
I wouldn't doubt it at this point.
That's a lot of firepower and destruction for heist.
So, apparently the beta of that new Battlefield can be downloaded on PS4 today, which means my earlier post is true.
Battlefield has heists before GTA.
And Mirror's Edge looked good too. The momentum of faith, how fast she runs, and movement... all excellent, as it was in the first game. Now I need to see that in a more "open environment".
just got back from my hike and am only now tuning in..
if someone doesn't mind catching me up, anything of particular interest on the RPG front yet?
Hmm, no news regarding anything from Bethesda Gaming Studios? I've noticed Battlecry, but that's an affiliated studio, much like Zenimax did ESO right? Same with Prey 2 ? But nothing directly from Bethesda Gaming Studios?
I suspect, if anything they'll announce Fallout 4, simply because of their biggest titles, it is the most due for the next update (Elder Scrolls got ESO to hold us over for a couple years). Also, keep in mind that last year , in 2013, Bethesda didn't release a single game, so the next game they do release has to be a big one, to make up for revenue from 2013. I believe their biggest titles are Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and Doom. With Elder Scrolls & Fallout both having HUGE audiences. So their next release, from a financial standpoint would probably be a release of a title with an already large userbase, to ensure great sales numbers (too risky to gamble on a totally new title or little known one). Also, with the success that Skyrim had, I'm quite sure they are anxious to follow it up with Elder Scrolls 6, for the huge payday and also want to be sure to keep on track, so they have time to properly make it, but not leave the Elder Scrolls on the back burner for TOO many years...granted it is only about 2.5 years since release of Skyrim, and Fallout 4 will most likely be next, so I'm quite sure they want to get that Fallout 4 done and get the team started on TES6 so that they have at least 2 years to make it.
I guess we'll find out for sure in about 1.5 hours, when Bethesda's E3 time is. What are your thoughts?
I haven't been watching any coverage, but I have to go check right now to see what the deal is. I want Battlefront beta.
Battlefield not Battlefront.
Can't sign up for the PC version right now, too much traffic I can't even log into Origin.
Damn my hopeful, hasty eyes. I was just looking up Battlefront a few minutes ago, and read "Battlefield" as "Battlefront" here.
I left my bag of [censored]s at home for Battlefield.
NICE! That mass effect looked awesome, and even more awesome is that shepard is clearly alive, or someone else is using his n7 armor. And good thing is that it is not boring sidequel or prequel.
