I started a project were I want to light up the balmoras mages guild because there is no gamma controll on the console for some reason so I wanted to leave lanterns all over the place to lighten it up and then that got me thinking why not lighten up all of balmora so are there any vendors that sell mostly lanterns? Also how do i drop a lit torch? I done it before but can't seem to do it again.
