In the settings, "Internet options" or something of the like in English (sorry, my os is in French). Otherwise, did you try connecting to this site with another browser?

soo if i turn my anti virus Avast off it works but if its on it doesn't ?

Maybe avast has a setting somewhere with a list of sites that are supposedly "dangerous"?
