So i did the quest Battle for Solitude (Stormcloack Side) and worked perfectly until ulfric desided to change his mind into not giving the speech. After chit-chating with legate and tullius we get to kill them (yay) and ulfric says something about giving a speech outside and wants me with him, but unfortunately he changed his mind... He is ???bugged??? at where the general died and doesnt want to move. Everyone outside is gathered and wait for the speech but at the same time i can fast travel to solitude (which means the war is over right?), city guards patrol too and everything is like the war never happened. If i get bounty the "gathered" soldiers WILL attack me and if i escape they go back to their positions. Also tried to fus ro da (only way to move ulfric as he was stuck between gulmar the wall and the table) and nothing came out of it... As a last try i used console commands to get him moving by using 'setstage' which also nothing came out of it... Any bug expert that could help me, his help would be very much appreciated, and be free to ask me anything that you suspect i might have done or not!

*Edit: I can get out of castle dour and if i can fix this without having to load back that would be awesome! (i have sort of ignored this and loading would set me back 40 hours of gameplay... i know my bad)

well click on Ulfric with the console command window open so you can tag his ID. Now go outside and enter into the command window "moveto player" (without the quotes) this will place Ulfric outside and hopefully he will then go make his speech.
