I'm trying to make a mod which lengthens the College of Winterhold storyline but I hit a roadblock. The librarian now says that the player is not trusted yet and that they need to help a person with their project.

So, I made the script in the results box:

But I get this error:

I verified the game cache but the flags file still doesn't show up. The CK also claims that no TIF script files can be found. And loading the Dragonborn DLC makes the CK complain of a missing strings file.

The mod I'm making is supposed to be simple enough - but these problems hinder me
