A question about regions

Post » Tue Jun 17, 2014 1:46 am

Regions seem to be one of the things that are quite difficult at times, but i'm trying anyway. I'm at a point now where custom regions would really benefit me, but one thing is really hampering the workflow. And that is the fact that i can't tell where i am in the region editor, it's just a huge blob of squares/cells without any way to tell where for example a river, a mountain, a cave, a town or a fortress is. So it's just guesswork. Is that how its supposed to be, or is there some way to make it read topography?

Others, like Alexander who made Falskaar may be able to help, but the region editor does show you the x/y co-ordinates of your mouse cursor, which might help give you an idea of where you are.
