I can't seem to find a download page for the Morrowind Acoustic Overhaul. I recall it being released rather recently, but I can't seem to find it. Nexus says the file's gone and I can't find it anywhere else.

The nexus link explaines why it isn't there. In the current state the mod includes some copyrighted sounds that need to be replaced with free to use ones before the mod is approved on nexus. Same rules for official forums.

That's a shame. Will the mod receive an update and be rereleased? I was really looking forward to using it.
