I know this "glitch" is already well known:
- provide you have that one-handed perk which gives you the chance to decapitate enemies
- open the console and type " ITM" to activate the immortal mode
- go bother any tough NPCs and let them chop off your head
NOW, if you are decapitated, the game continues as normal... BUT... without any head on your shoulders...
The "problem" is: if you save and reload from now on, you head will be put back in place... BUT...
if you equip any headgear, it won't be shown and your hair will disappear...
Is there a way to go on playing as an headless warrior ? I definitely would enjoy it !!!
