Amulet of Julianos? : V

I am working on building my Hearthfire houses and one of the last items I need is an Amulet of Julianos. Where can I find these. Thanks for any help.

You can try the Radiant Raimens in Solitude.

It is one of the harder amulets to find. I've found maybe 4 in my near 400 hours on my current character. 3 of which I got from killing every Imperial I see very very very very rarely one has had it. But usually they have any of the other amulets. But still kill them all. For the good of Skyrim. And eventually you will be rewarded with an amulet of Julianos.

You just have to spam Radiant Raiment as Shadow_Titan17 said, that's what I did. I think it took me about half an hour (I don't like reloading to regen stock, but if you're fine with that it'll definitely cut your time down).

There is a glitch in the game you can use in Radient Raiment, if you don't want to wait 73 hours over and over. In spoilers so no one who doesn't want to see it have to.

Spoiler

- Make a savegame

- Attack the shopkeeper. If they are friends of yours, you have to do it a few times. You're done when they register as hostiles on your compass(red dot). Unarmed or otherwise no/low damage attacks, such as shield bashing(not power bash, which can do a bit).

- Reload. Their inventory should rest, making the items from random lists change.
