Greetings!

Does anyone knows about a mod giving better heads to the NPCs? Meaning, with diversity, but keeping the realistic, with characters features of the originals ones? Not a beautiful display of an all too perfect population of dolls? And what about fat/skinny tall/small ones?

It would be nigh impossible to provide different weights to individuals as each individual would have to have their own sub race designed for the purpose. Character weight and height is determined by their race.

Use http://download.fliggerty.com/download-127-874, they are basically better versions of the original heads and hairstyles and very well made. As for different body shapes, I have never encountered a mod that would add something like that, though I believe it would not be possible with the clothes and armor anyway.

There are also MacKom's heads. They aren't completed and don't come with hairs but many prefer them to the (imo, overbeautified) faces Westly makes.
