I had just poisoned the faux emporer and ran out onto the bridge to escape, where I SHOULD be confronted by Commander Mora, except... he's not there. His voice is there, but he's not. So when dialogue ends and it's time to fight, I'm just stuck standing there. Forever.
I tried going back to my last save, which was 2 levels ago (I'm in my late 30s so this was annoying) and had to redo all of the missions starting with killing Mora Jr. Finally get back on track... and the same glitch happens. Wtf.
I am a vampire and was in the middle of the Dawnguard questline. Does that have anything to do with it? How can I possibly fix this?
