I recently just bought Skyrim Legendary edition on Steam a few days ago. I've been playing up to the point to become a werewolf with the Companions, and so me and the chick were about to go to Gallow's Rock and kill all the people there. Well, after I looted the first dead body, I was carrying too much things. (315/300). So, I dropped some things that brought me down to 275. I should be walking normally, but instead, I'm constantly moving slow, so It takes me a good hour to walk five steps. My game's glitching out on me or something. I also re-loaded a save that was prior to me being over-encumbered, and I was still walking slow for whatever reason. Any suggestions/ideas? I really don't want to start from the beginning.... :\
