is there an economic balancing mod that works with JSawyer?

The only mod I'm running right now is JSawyer. It does a good job making hardcoe hardercore. The only thing that's missing is that I still am raking in TONS of loot. Way more than I can even unload. I just passed Nipton (doing very little quests so far), and already have thousands of caps. What I'm looking for is a mod that scales the wealth back appropriately (but not dries it up completely). The only stipulation is that it has to be compatible with JSawyer. Also, I'm not using FOMM (it always crashes on my computer) and am just using the standard data file loader. However, this shouldn't be a problem as I believe if I rename it to something that puts it alphabetically where it should be in load order, it should work fine (it did for JSawyer).

Thanks for any tips.

If you are going to use more mods than you will want to use a mod manager of some kind.

Nexus Mod Manager is quite good for New Vegas. Quite often you do want to download manually or at least check out the contents of the archive to make sure it is set up correctly to install with NMM.
