Just had an idea, its like what if in the next Fallout you still play whoever you want but you are part of the very firt group to ever turn ghoul. As each day passes your skin gets worse as you slowly transform, you get immune to radiation. You the charecter would start before the bombs fell, seeing the Fallout World clean tidy, and after the bombs fall, you see the world twist as the land becomes more aggresive.
You remember the story that Carol tells you in Underworld right, about her filing down in to a shelter and watching her father get vaperized,
What if their was to be a cinimatic opening, after you take i nthe view of how clean the world looked and only after you let is soak in, reality hits home as the mushroom cloud billows up with neon green yellowish gas, Being blasted to the point of you're hereing fading to a low monotone. As someone grabs you in to a bomb shelter the screen goes white saying like Five Months Later, tha tis when you start slowly going thru ghoulification, you wil also need to keep your health up with Rad X and Radaway. Since Stimpack may not of been invented yet,
More weapons will become avalaible as you can handle more radiation to the point of holding a Unranium Rod, as for the rad ditection wha tif their was a sound of an actual Geiger Counter and as you aproach high radiation areas the ticking increases in pitch, But soon after as you turn Ghoul the Geiger Counter will not stop and you end up having to smash it t ostop the sound as your body becomes pure radiation.
Another few weapons I thought of that would have an outfit to match would be a 1900s Diver suit with a chain spear gun found in a museum,
another one I thought of would a be a musiket with a British Uniform also could be found in a museum ammo bought by trade,
another idea I thought of would be to have say a Frog Suit with a Fly Swatter as a weapon. heck maybe even a clown with the Pynt Sized Slasher mask with a wooden clown hammer,
the Frog Suit and Clown along with weapons, it would be cool if they could be found in an older darelect Amusment Park with some still functioning rides, heck maybe it would feel earne dif you had to kill a mad clown in the park.
