So, Community Discussion users, I just read an interesting story about a student who bullied another student and the latter ended up committing suicide. Personally, I think it should depend on if, as in this case, the child was linked through recorded behaviour and can be linked, but if a child who has had a hard time overall and one teasing classmate, should the entire blame be pinned on that one child? For me, it's a case by case issue. How do you feel about this, CD?
