So, I'm wandering the Vegas strip, and someone comes up to me and asks "Have you considered our request to bug Mr. Houses Security Network"? Well, no, I wasn't aware anyone has requested me to do so.

I have had roughly 3-4 quests happen like this, and it's becoming confusing as well as annoying. People ask me questions that I don't understand, like "Well thanks for taking care of him, have some money."

Just out of mild curiosity, is this another bug? Or have I developed a sudden onset of early Alzheimer's?
