ok when I have drawn a room ,dragged out bsp textured it added door

I try to edit bsp but get dotted lines around my brush and it will not move to reshape and I have to clip it

but if I recall clipping iis 1 sure way to get bsp brush errors and leeks

so how do I remedy this please
